EVL is the pioneering company in socialising EV charging infrastructure in Laos, supporting and connecting investors — from the smallest to the largest — into a single system that serves the shared needs of electric vehicle users.
Building on more than 7 years of hands-on experience in Vietnam across research, investment, deployment and operation, combined with 3 years operating charging infrastructure for VinFast in Laos, EVL was founded with a long-term vision: to become a key player and a driving force behind green, sustainable transport infrastructure.

Cooperation models
EVL supports a range of cooperation models so that investors of any size can take part in building the charging network.
You invest and operate
The investor invests, runs the business and sets their own charging prices. EVL provides solution consulting and the charging software, with a service fee of 3–5% of revenue.
You lease your site to EVL
The investor leases the site to EVL. The lease fee ranges from 10,000,000 LAK to 15,000,000 LAK per year per parking bay, depending on the location.
Co-invest and share revenue
The investor co-invests with EVL and shares the revenue. The minimum share is 10% of revenue when contributing the site only. Additional capital contribution increases the share proportionally.
